STEP ONE: COMPLETE SPONSORSHIP AGREEMENT

Sponsors are considered attendees and are subject to the Auto Glass Week Attendee Policy. There will be no booth sharing and only one company name may be listed per sponsorship level. For additional information, please see Section 3A of the Auto Glass Week Rules and Regulations, as well as Section 4 for insurance requirements and Section 10 regarding liability.

1. How can our company further optimize its exposure?

Contact Barry Atkins at batkins@glass.com to discuss additional opportunities to market your company in front of this targeted audience.

2. As a sponsor, what do I have access to at the event?
Sponsors booth staff gain access to the full educational program, exhibition floor and front row seats to the competitions.

3. Where can I pick up my Auto Glass Week™ Badge?
The Registration Desk is located in the Orange County Convention Center – West E/F Lobby.

4. When will I receive marketing and information on attendee door prizes opportunities, hotel reservations, unlimited and limited customer passes, sponsors banner ads, deadlines list, show manual, etc.?

After Exhibit Management receives your sponsorship agreement form and payment, you will receive a welcome email from Tina Czar with some pertinent event information.

You will receive the unlimited customer partial pass and limited full registration pass from the registration team after your booth space has been assigned.

Tina Czar will email the link to the Auto Glass Week™ Show Manual/Kit no later than 60 days from the event. If you don’t receive this information, please contact Tina Czar at tczar@glass.com.

4. Can I get a copy of the Auto Glass Week™ Sponsor Exhibition Floor Schedule?
