Auto Glass Week™ is an international exhibition and conference that gives attendees the opportunity to speak one-on-one with industry suppliers and manufacturers and to learn about the latest products for the repair and replacement industries. Chockfull of educational seminars, exciting new networking opportunities, and two high-energy competitions, there is truly something for every industry member.

Host to the GlasWeld Windshield Repair Competition in Honor of Walt Gorman (WRO) and the Pilkington Clear Advantage Auto Glass Technician Competition (AGTO), the “Olympics” of the automotive glass industry, the Auto Glass Week exhibition floor will ripple with excitement as competitors vie to take home the gold and the title of “World’s Best.” Cocktail parties will be hosted on the exhibition floor from 3:30 p.m. – 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday, September 30 and Thursday, October 1. On Thursday, the exhibition floor will also play host to the Auto Glass Safety Council™ Silent Charity Auction from 3:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. (final bids will be taken at 4:45 p.m.)

Non-exhibiting/non-Sponsoring suppliers may not bring any large briefcases, rollies, sales materials or literature on to the show floor. Automotive glass technicians who wish to become Auto Glass Safety Council™ (AGSC) Accredited Automotive Glass Technicians can sign up for this one-day, fast-track program to help become even more established in the trade. Your registration for this program will include a two-hour installer education and prep class and the AGSC accreditation exam. The two-hour educational session and test prep course will cover knowledge in OSHA regulations, all types of automotive glass replacement, NAGS and custom cut laminated glass parts, all of which will help in taking the examination. The AGSC Auto Glass Technician Certification examination consists of 70 multiple choice questions.

Companies may register their technicians for this course including the examination for free if they are AGSC Registered Member Companies. Non-AGSC Registered Companies may attend the training and take the exam for only $49. If a Non-AGSC Registered Member Company wishes to become a Registered Member Company the $49 fee will be credited toward the total AGSC registration fee. Automotive glass technicians who wish to become National Windshield Repair Association (NWRA) Certified Repair Technicians can sign up for this one-day, fast-track program to help become even more established in the trade. Your registration for this program will include a two-hour installer education course on the show floor and the NWRA certification exam. The NWRA’s certification program promotes and educates compliance to the only standard developed by the industry. Certification shows that those certified have successfully completed this course and understand the steps necessary for a company and its individuals to be in compliance with ANSI/NWRA/ROLAGS 003-2015, the Repair of Laminated Auto Glass Standard (ROLAGS™). The NWRA Technician Certification examination consists of 39 multiple choice questions.

Companies may register their technicians for this course including the examination for free if they are NWRA Member Companies. Non-members may attend the training and take the exam for a one day special fee of only $39. If a Non-NWRA Registered Member wishes to become a member the $39 fee per technician will be credited toward the total first year’s membership dues. auctionThe Auto Glass Safety Council™ Silent Charity Auction will be held on the exhibition floor on Thursday evening. The Silent Charity Auction helps raise proceeds for the not-for-profit organization. The Auto Glass Safety Council is dedicated to the proper installation of windshields and offers a registration program for shops that includes random third-party validations. A list of auction items will be available in the official show program. Final bids are taken at 4:45 p.m. and winners are announced at 5:00 p.m.

First Annual Industry Golf Tournament
